Commitment to return products:
1. All newly sent products are brand new.
2. All new products will be sent within 14 days after AI-LIFE receives the customer's return.
To check for refunds and exchanges, please contact customer support at the following phone number or by email.
The customer inspects the goods within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If there is a quality problem, you need to take a picture of the product and send it to email@example.com. The customer service staff will identify the damaged goods (note: if the outer packaging of the goods is squeezed, resulting in damage to the goods, please contact the logistics company to make a claim).
If the product has quality problems, the customer needs to mail the quality product back to AI-LIFE. Then we will re-ship.
Non-product quality issues, AI-LIFE refused to return the customer.
Only products purchased directly from https://www.ai-life.store are accepted.
The returned goods must use the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documents.
The returned items must be in an unused state, under the same conditions as we sent you, and must use the original packaging. Do not accept stains, folded cards, broken seals/plastic fragments. If the condition of the product returned to us does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange it.
Returns without receipts may be rejected. AI-LIFE reserves the right to refuse any return.
